Linn County Iowa deputies tested a river sonar at Cedar River Mohawk Park to locate drowning victims more efficiently. The device highlights body shapes and helps focus dragging in promising spots. practice included a weighted dummy, building on earlier uses at Pinicon Ridge State Park.
