Byron Clark age 9 submits a pork chops recipe using pork as a local Iowa product. The method covers preheating to 350 degrees, arranging chops in a dish, coating with a mixed sauce, and baking twice for thirty minutes each, turning midway.
Steve Stone, ace pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles, won 25 games last season and captured the American League Cy Young Award. A Kent State graduate, Stone pursues writing poetry, cooking, and plans to open a restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona. He also enjoys reading, chess, and racquetball.
