Iowa City murder linked to online dating fraud

Iowa City police say Tommy Curry was lured by a dating app ruse and fatally shot on April 28 by Renald Winfield Jr., 29, of Gary, Indiana, who posed as a woman. Winfield faces a first degree murder charge and is jailed in Johnson County.
