Cedar Rapids school board approves meal hikes and contracts
The Cedar Rapids Community School District board approved 2014-15 meal price increases with elementary breakfasts up ten cents and secondary breakfasts up twenty cents while lunches rise fifteen cents. They also approved the 2014-15 Terms for the Cedar Rapids Education Association with total new dollars of 3.51 percent and specified salary ranges. Carlos Grant will become Metro High principal on July 1, replacing David Brown.
