Taste of Louisiana Cajun Fest opens May 25 in Amana
The fifth annual Budweiser Taste of Louisiana Cajun Fest runs May 25 to 27 at the Amana Colonies Visitors and Convention Facility. Cajun cooks offer dishes like crawfish boil and jambalaya plus beignets. cooking lessons with chef Vicki DeBois. Music, carnival, children’s activities, and a Mardi Gras parade nightly.
