Hersh questions on bin Laden raid stir CIA White House response

Seymour Hersh alleges in a lengthy piece that the 2011 Osama bin Laden raid was a joint U S Pakistan operation with a later cover story. White House and CIA call the account false and full of inaccuracies while defending the unilateral U S nature of the raid. Bin Laden was killed May 2, 2011 in Abbottabad during a Navy SEALs mission.

Legacy Obama library to rise in Chicago
