No decision on Walker paying road repaving costs
Walker City Council has not decided who pays for repaving an extra mile of road extending a county project from Troy Mills to Walker. County officials say the mile costs about 50,000, with typical practice splits between town and county, while Walker earlier set aside 10,000 but supervisors deem it insufficient. Mayor H W McCright declined further comment saying it is between the town and the supervisors.
