Ginni Rometty of IBM led the list with a 96.8 million package as the top woman among 2016 top earners. Meg Whitman of Hewlett Packard Enterprise ranked second with 52.5 million, and Safra Catz of Oracle was third with 39.2 million. Fourteen women made the list, down from 17 the prior year, with Tim Cook and Marc Lore among the overall leaders.
