Easement deals secured as Dakota Access pushes crude line
Dakota Access LLC says 96 percent of landowners along its 1168 mile path from North Dakota to Illinois have voluntary easements. The $3.8 billion pipeline aims to be operational by late this year but Iowa regulators have not approved the project yet.

Iowa's three private managed care groups have processed over 300,000 claims since April 1 as the Medicaid transition continues. Processing times average about 10 days, with call centers handling about 1,500 daily, and 97 percent of providers signing with at least one org.
