Rob ert Miell, a Cedar Rapids landlord and 54 year old convict, was ordered jailed again after a U S District Court hearing found probable flight risk. The government alleges he structured cash deposits totaling more than $530 914 between December 2008 and April 2009 to evade currency reporting. A hearing on revoking pre sentence release and an arrest warrant was set for Sioux City.
