Miss Eastern Iowa nominees named for 1972 festival
The 1972 Miss Eastern Iowa candidates include James Rose Marie Dolan of East Buchanan and Kako Marjorie Carson of Prairie High, each in the running for the May 20 Cedar Rapids festival. Dolan, active in National Honor Society and student government, has held multiple 4 H and leadership roles. Carson, Ely resident, is a Prairie band member and active in pep and drama clubs with several 4 H honors.
