Branstad targets Miller over Reynolds succession ruling

Gov. Terry Branstad renewed his attack on Attorney General Tom Miller after Miller’s May 1 opinion that Lt. Gov. Reynolds would serve as governor and lieutenant governor without authority to appoint a replacement. Branstad called the opinion convoluted and urged Iowans to vote Miller out.
