Oxygen Injected Under Skin for Arthritis Relief
New uses for pure oxygen injected under the skin were reported. Dr. John H. Evans presented cases where direct oxygen injections eased arthritis pain and swelling, aided burns and wounds, and sped healing with less pain. Other benefits noted included relief of sprains and dislocations and a faster skin growth. An unrelated report noted a three hour penicillin cure of gonorrhea in a woman unresponsive to sulfa drugs.
