Special to The Gazette reports Clayton county authorities and State Agent Frank Brady planned to question three persons Monday afternoon in the probe of the murder of Dan Shine 60. The trio named in confessions of Mrs Shine and Mayernard Lenox 18 were Jim Hines 27 Howard Hines 33 and Mrs Minnie A in jail. Shine is alleged murdered a week after his marriage in a family plot to obtain his property.
