Save Spanish Classes Petition Grows in Cedar Rapids
Fifth grader Ben Drzycimski and Adam Panoch lead a petition with over 250 signatures to oppose cuts to elementary Spanish at Coolidge Elementary. The Cedar Rapids district says a $2.3 million budget reduction will end the Foreign Language in Elementary Schools program next year.
