Father charged with arson threats amid child endangerment case
Jeremiah Usher 36 failed to appear in Linn County District Court on new charges of arson threats and four counts of first degree harassment. He is accused of starting a fire intended to intimidate his four children ages 5 to 14, all now in foster care. A May 15 trial date is set for the endangerment charges.
