The body of Howard Wagner of Wilton Junction was found in the Cedar River at Moscow. His Standard Oil truck was located wrecked in five and a half feet of water just below the bridge on highway No 6 at Moscow. Wagner had not returned home Monday night, prompting his wife to report him missing.
