Betty Smithey, 16, runaway from an institution, was arrested in Dallas as police recovered 18 month old Mitchell Johnson from a drugstore. The baby, son of psychologist Mrs. Johnson, was safe. Smithey said she took the child to travel toward Dallas and abandoned him after money ran out.
