Historic Houser Metzger House moved in Iowa City
A century-old Queen Anne house was relocated about four blocks in Iowa City from 422 Iowa Ave to 623 College St. The move cost nearly 225000 and was led by Friends of Historic Preservation. Crews traveled along Van Buren, Washington, Dodge and College streets with a safe, smooth operation.
