McKee embezzlement case details emerge in trial
Federal agent Dennis Eckert testified that a matchbook with the slogan Washingtons most beautiful nude dancers and credit card records show AFSCME president Don McKee charged 100 at a nude bar in Washington DC to his corporate account. Eckert said McKee repaid 127.50 for an airline ticket after the case began. He noted the unions annual reports should disclose all debts and that McKee faces 65 counts totaling about 43000. McKee, of Mount Pleasant, leads Iowa AFSCME with 30 000 members and is suspended with pay.
