The Cedar Rapids Civil Rights Commission released findings from an audit of rental housing between December and April 2. Instances included disrepair shown to one tester, inconsistent customer service, selective application access, unequal unit information, misrepresentation of availability, and steering toward a low income complex for African-American testers.
