Belle Plaine Man Receives Sentence
Russell House, 29, of Belle Plaine, was sentenced to three months in jail and fined 300 for possessing stolen jewelry and pled guilty. The pieces were taken from Thomas England’s Belle Plaine home. House had claimed he bought the jewelry from a tramp. He was earlier convicted of forgery here.
