Judge Stiger Opens Tama County Term In Toledo
May term of the Tama County District Court began with Judge Carl B. Stiger presiding for the first time in Toledo. R O Barber of Tama pled guilty to carrying a concealed weapon and received two months in county jail after being found with a butcher knife under his coat. Judge Stiger ordered the return of Mr and Mrs Greenwood and their four minor children to Kansas at Tama county expense if they wish to go.
