Hyatt Legal Services brings law to the middle class rise in shopping-center clinics
Joel Hyatt, dubbed the H and R Block of law, markets low cost legal services via TV ads and storefront clinics in shopping centers. Block Management backs his expansion, aiming for 350 offices, with a model offering wills, real estate closings, divorces, custody and traffic defense at reduced costs. Hyatt argues access to the legal system must reach the mass middle class and denounces ornate court processes as inefficient.
