Frank Jancik of 815 Second Avenue SW Cedar Rapids died Thursday after a brief illness. Born November 22 1881 in Czechoslovakia he married Frances Jilek in 1902. A retired Allis Chalmers employee he is survived by wife Frances two daughters Olga and Mrs. Fred Petrick a sister in Czechoslovakia three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
W Larry Wolfe 68 of 723 Seventh Street SW Cedar Rapids died Thursday after a brief illness. Born October 23, 1900 in Johnson County he lived in Cedar Rapids 36 years and worked as a mechanic before retiring from Miller Auto Motor Service. Survived by wife Velma son David Cedar Rapids daughter Louise Carter Sedgwick Kansas four grandchildren two brothers Donald Wolfe Coralville and Clyde Wolfe Tiffin. Mrs George Brown 77 of 113 Thirty sixth avenue SW Cedar Rapids widow of George Brown died Friday after a short illness. Born October 28 1891 she was a longtime Cedar Rapids resident and a retired employee of Wilson and Co. Mrs Steve Vicko Mrs Claude Anderson and Mrs Harry Giese among mourners in notice.

Clyde A. Lamb longtime athletic director at Ohio Northern University Ada died unexpectedly Wednesday. Born Boone May 13 1899 he married Bessie Yost and served ONU from 1929 to 1949. A 1923 Coe College graduate he was inducted into the NAIA Hall of Fame in 1958. Services will be held in Ada and Coe College plans a memorial fund in his honor.
Harry Milo Lewis, 83, retired Penick and Ford Co. employee, died Friday in Cedar Rapids after living in Clearwater Florida for 15 years. Born Nov 4, 1885 in Washington Kansas, he married Gladys Miner March 3, 1905 in Cedar Rapids. Survived by wife, a son Harry A. Lewis of Cedar Rapids, two daughters Mrs Harold Bradley of Tucson and Mrs Virgil Farr of Cedar Rapids, five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
