Alliant Energy’s Linn County solar field renamed Pleasant Creek Solar
Alliant Energy ends the Duane Arnold era as the 200 MW Linn County solar field near Palo is now operational under the name Pleasant Creek Solar. The facility, spanning 1,100 acres, began with 50 MW in March 2024 and 150 MW in December 2024, powering about 40,000 homes.
