Nissan to price Leaf at just over twenty five thousand dollars

Nissan announced the Leaf will have a base price of 32,780 dollars with a 7,500 dollar tax credit, placing it just above 25,000 dollars in the U S. The move aims to broaden mass market appeal and pressure rivals on pricing as GM and others prepare electric cars.
