Second Time Around: Sue Riedl’s Two Iowa City Shops Thrive
Sue Riedl, a former WMT Iowa City reporter, turned her hobby into a livelihood by opening Houseworks on Hollywood Boulevard and adding Kidworks five years later. She now runs two stores with about ten employees, selling furniture, housewares, toys, and children’s items.
