City Council approves wide range of zoning and park projects
Cedar Rapids council in regular session rezoned C Street SW and BE Avenue NW properties, settled permanent zoning on Havlik and Lazenby parcels, and large lot developments. It approved paving program, bonds, permits, parking and tax actions, street light requests, and park improvements.
