Lisbon Man Charged With Illegal Possession
County Attorney G K Thompson filed a true information charging Harry Zearing 41 Lisbon with illegal possession of intoxicating liquor. The information was approved by Judge F O Ellison and bond set at 300 dollars. Zearing was arrested March 16 by Deputy Sheriffs Jay Davis and Dick Preston for concealing a half pint of altered alcohol in his clothing near the top of his shoe. A note about a young Indian arriving in London after a 10000 mile bicycle journey with 185 dollars appears incidental.
