Jefferson County Attorney Timothy Dille released a five page report finding no crime beyond a reasonable doubt in the alleged assault of Arab American filmmaker Osama Alshaibi in Fairfield. The document notes Alshaibi knocked on a house door, was pushed outside, and suffered injuries possibly from falls, with no evidence of a criminal act or provocation by others. Alshaibi did not seek medical care until the next day and no charges will be filed for assault trespassing or public intoxication.
