Stability ball gains ground in fitness and therapy
The stability ball also known as Swiss or fitness ball comes in many colors and sizes. Therapists use it for back knee stroke and head injury rehab and some offices replace chairs with the ball in daily work. Pregnant women in labor use it to ease pain and aid labor progress.
