Broadway Vignettes From Walter Winchell 1941
A montage of New York City images and characters as seen by Walter Winchell on Broadway. The piece notes flirty gales on Fifth Avenue, panhandlers, ships at west side piers, the Hurri cane club sign, Herald Square bells, and theater environs. It captures skyline changes, Penn Station walk parade, and street life from 3 am to 11 pm with locals, nightlife, and urban quirks.
