Yahnke retrial set for April 28 in Linn County

Two Iowa attorneys have licenses revoked

Grant Wood AEA board approves 4.33 percent pay raise plan
The Grant Wood Area Education Agency board ratified a two year contract with the Grant Wood Education Association providing a 4.33 percent salary increase for teachers next school year raising average pay from 23 635 to 24 714 and a 5 percent raise in year two if budget growth allows. Base salary rises to 15 075 and top doctorate level pay to 31 507.
