Czech and Slovak Heritage Cookbook Wins Midwest Regional Award
The Museum Guild of the National Czech and Slovak Museum and Library claims the Midwest regional win for the 2008 TABASCO Community Cookbook Awards. A $500 flood renewal donation accompanies the prize along with a dinner plate plaque and award stickers. The $25 cookbook is sold via Guild members, NCSML in Lindale Mall, or at St. Ludmila's Church event Babi's Kitchen on Saturday.
