Attic Teen Club to Open April 20 in Cedar Rapids
Cedar Rapids parents formed a teen club to provide a safe space away from unwanted influences. The Attic will open April 20 at 119% Third Avenue SE in the former Arthur Murray site with a large dance floor, rooms for conversation, refreshments, chaperones, coat check, and smoking area. An executive board led by Dr. Walter Block will run operations with a yearly $3,000 fundraising milestone met in 90 minutes.
