Scott Flegal seven son of the S S Flegals of 1160 Tenth street was struck by an automobile driven by Elmer John Rolfes of 1064 Twenty-ninth street Monday around 4 p.m. He was taken by ambulance to a Cedar Rapids hospital where no bones were broken and returned home the same evening. The boy was playing on the parking north of Seventh avenue near Eighth street when the accident occurred.
