Man charged in fatal Benton County crash
NORWAY Iowa Mark Himmelsbach 23 of Norway faces homicide by vehicle and operating under the influence charges after a March 12 crash on 30th Avenue in Benton County. The crash ejected passenger Christine Ballard 20 of Marengo who died at the scene. Himmelsbach bonded out with a $25000 bond. preliminary hearing set for March 30.
