Gordon Lightfoot Delivers 30 Songs in Cedar Rapids Concert
Gordon Lightfoot played 30 songs in 90 minutes at the Paramount Theatre in Cedar Rapids. The 76 year old singer offered a fan heavy night with hits like Rainy Day People Carefree Highway and The Wreck of The Edmund Fitzgerald as the four piece band blended country folk and rock with a strong drum beat. Some lyrics were hard to understand but the crowd sang along and enjoyed the performance.
