Contra leader Adolfo Calero calls progress fruitful while outlining ongoing differences as both sides suspend hostilities and discuss a 30 day truce.
Armenian Pravda correspondent Yuri Arakelyan disavowed a signed piece condemning Armenian territorial petitions. He cried foul over "dishonest materials" and apologized to Armenians and honest citizens. Pa rak Airikyan, an Armenian nationalist, announced his arrest in Moscow amid the drama.
