Dorotea Orgovanyi, born at 26 weeks and 1 pound 14 ounces, returned to Iowa City at 22 inches and 8 pounds 11 ounces after NICU surgery and a brain shunt. Parents Janet and Gabor Orgovanyi, both with demanding jobs, will keep her on oxygen and monitoring equipment at home while continuing hospital checkups and hopeful progress.
