Iowa City man faces molester charges in two cities
Judah M. Seruya, 35, of 1120 N Governor St, appeared in Johnson County court on a complaint accusing him of second degree sexual abuse of a 10 year old boy dating back to 2005 in Iowa City and Coralville. He remains jailed on $10,000 cash bond after the initial hearing. The abuse is a Class B felony with up to 25 years’ imprisonment.
