Tunnels and Faith Unite Viet Nam Tunnel Rats Ceremony
In a Vietnam tunnel complex, Chaplain Tucker led a subterranean service for six soldiers including two Roman Catholics and four Protestants. The service shared a makeshift altar on a helmet with a cross, a New Testament, and readings from Luke before the tunnel rats completed their dangerous mission with final explosive work.
