William Billy Skidmore, a Chicago syndicate member, was sentenced to 30 months in prison and fined $300,880 for tax invasion. The sentence, handed down by Federal Judge Philip L. Sullivan on a Friday, follows his March 8 conviction and denial of a new trial.
