City Council expected to purchase the American Red Cross building at 3601 42nd St NE for 412000 to house Parks Golf Riverfront offices and Recreation classrooms. The 7000 square foot facility includes a 1000 square foot garage and 1200 square feet storage and will also house a police satellite option and City Clerk records. The Red Cross will move to 950 Ridgemont Dr NE this summer.
