ICC chief rejects consumer group charge over phone rate fear

Andrew Varley of the Iowa Commerce Commission calls Citizens for Community Improvement claims that Iowa rates will double or triple a phantom issue. He accuses CCI of fundraising off the issue while disputing their portrayal of a state rate study and plans for a Dubuque meeting. Amana Golf Course Plan Clears Board Approval
