Flynt improves but abdomen wounds heal after shooting
Larry Flynt, owner of Hustler, shows continued recovery from a gun attack at Emory University Hospital. Doctors report improving breathing, healing abdominal wounds, and a respirator remains in use with less than a 50-50 chance of regaining use of paralyzed legs. Police have made little progress in identifying the shooter. FTC rules restrict the use of organic and natural on food labels, calling health food claims unjustified.
