Development Aims at 164Unit Senior Living Complex
Cedar Rapids developers Ryan Companies and Grand Living will build a 164 unit four story senior living center on eight acres bought from Indian Creek Nature Center for 1 million dollars. The project, to open in late 2018, includes independent assisted living and memory care spaces. Grand Living will operate the 200000 square foot facility and funds will support the nature center.
