Linn County VD Task Force to Hold Herpes Support Meeting
The Linn County VD Task Force plans an educational herpes support group meeting at 7 p.m. tonight at Foundation 2 in Cedar Rapids. The group, formed a decade ago by St. Luke's Hospital Auxiliary, receives support from Mercy Hospital Auxiliary and several agencies.

Marion High School to Host Monday Parent Conferences
Parent conferences are scheduled next week at Marion High School and Linn-Mar schools. Marion events run Monday March 22 from 9 30 a m to 1 p m and 2 to 6 p m in the gym. report cards will be issued and classes canceled. Linn-Mar students are dismissed 90 minutes early Thursday March 25 and have no school the next day as conferences and work periods fill the time. A snow make up day in Linn-Mar is set for Thursday April 8.
