CMS rules laid out for Iowa MCO transition of case management
The Feb 23 CMS letter to Iowa DHS lists terms for the April 1 move to managed care. States must monitor MCOs and contracted case managers, provide weekly progress reports, ensure training of all long-term care case managers by March 15, and verify case-manager to beneficiary ratios. Keith Emerson Dead at 71 in Santa Monica Shooting
British born keyboardist Keith Emerson of Emerson Lake and Palmer died from a self inflicted gunshot to the head police said. His body was found at his Santa Monica home early Friday. Emerson was a founding member of the progressive rock super group formed in 1970.
